How to get there
MTR Wan Chai Station Exit A5, walk along the footbridge of O’Brien Road, pass through Immigration Tower and Central Plaza to Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Our information counters will be operated throughout the congress for all participants, accompanying persons and day participants.
Language
The official languages are English and Putonghua, simultaneous interpretation in English and Putonghua will be provided.大會語言為普通話及英語，並設普通話及英語同步傳譯。
Insurance and Liability
Participants are advised to secure their own insurance to cover loss incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage or loss of personal properties.
Letter of Invitation
To facilitate registrants' visa application, registrants may make a request in writing for a letter of invitation to attend the Congress from the Congress Secretariat.
