* Definition of Student Registration is full time post-graduate university students in related disciplines. Seats are limited and subject to availability. The Congress Organizer reserves the right to verify your identity with your supervisor.
Student from Faculty of Medicine of The Chinese University of Hong Kong and The University of Hong Kong can enjoy complimentary day registration by showing their student card at the registration counter on-site.

Registration Procedures
Participants may register for the Congress by the following methods:
A. Register online REGISTER
B. complete the registration form and return it to the Secretariat by fax or mail with appropriate payment.
To enjoy the early bird rate, registration must be received no later than 30 September 2015.
Payment
Payment of registration fees must be made in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) by the following methods:

- A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be sent to Congress Secretariat by email once the bank transfer is arranged.
- All inbound and outbound bank charges for remittance should be borne by the remitter and cannot be deducted from the fee. Please ensure and give instructions to your bank to this effect. If charges are deducted and the payment received by the Organizer does not cover the total registration fees, the difference will have to be reimbursed to the Organizer on arrival at the Congress.
Cancellation Policy
Refund of cancellations of registration, course and visit will be made subject to the following deadlines and administrative charges:

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Congress. Replacement or transfer is allowed provided the replacement is from the same organization and upon receipt of a written request from the person to be replaced before 11 November 2015. The registration, course and visit fee is non-refundable for any no-show.
Notes:
- Registrations are subject to acceptance on a “first-come-first-served” basis.
- Registration forms received without payment will not be processed. Please DO NOT send cash.
- Each registrant should complete a separate registration form. Photocopy of registration form is acceptable.
- Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. If you could not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Congress Secretariat at reg@iccn2015hk.org
- The Congress Programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Congress, the only and maximum liability of the Congress Organizer is to refund all the fees paid.
- All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
